KARACHI: The Korangi Association of Trade & Industry (KATI) organized a dignified Flag Hoisting Ceremony at its premises to celebrate the recent success of Pakistan’s armed forces in repelling Indian aggression. The event was held as a mark of national pride and solidarity, reflecting the patriotic spirit of the business community.
KATI was proudly represented by its senior leadership, including Mr. Zubair Chhaya, Acting Patron-in-Chief; Mr. Junaid Naqi, President , Mr. Ejaz Ahmed Shaikh SVP and Syed Tariq Hussain VP KATI. They were joined by several esteemed guests from allied trade bodies and the KATI Executive Committee.
Among the notable attendees were Mr. Danish Aman, Chairman South Zone, Pakistan Tanners Association; Mr. Amir Amin Kothawala, Chairman PREGMEA South Zone, Mr. Zahid Hameed, Chairman of the CSR Standing Committee of KATI.
The ceremony was graced by Rear Admiral Faisal Amin HI(M), Commander Coast, Pakistan Navy, who attended as the Chief Guest and received a warm welcome from the hosts and participants.
Following a brief networking session, attendees gathered for the solemn yet honorable flag hoisting ceremony, held in the presence of the national anthem—a moment filled with patriotism and pride for Pakistan’s resilient defense forces.
The event concluded with a cordial Hi-tea, allowing guests to further engage in discussions and camaraderie in a relaxed setting.
KATI reaffirmed its unwavering support for the armed forces and its commitment to standing by the nation in all circumstances.
