LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially announced a comprehensive ticket refund policy for the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 11. This decision follows the strategic move to host the remainder of the tournament without spectators due to the prevailing regional security situation. PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi previously confirmed that all matches have been consolidated into just two venues, Karachi and Lahore, and will now be played behind closed doors to ensure the safety of players and staff.

As a result of this sudden change in the event schedule, fans who had already secured their seats for the highly anticipated T20 matches are now eligible for full refunds. The board has clarified that for all online bookings, the refund process will be entirely automatic. This means that fans do not need to submit manual applications or visit physical centers to reclaim their money.

According to the official PCB statement, funds will be credited directly back to the original payment method used during the initial transaction. This automated system covers all digital platforms, including credit cards, debit cards, and popular mobile wallets like JazzCash and Easypaisa. The board aims to make the transition as seamless as possible for the thousands of cricket enthusiasts affected by the venue and attendance restrictions.

The refund cycle is scheduled to begin on March 30, 2026. The PCB expects the majority of transactions to be completed within 15 working days, though the exact timing may depend on the processing speeds of individual banks and financial service providers. Cricket fans have been advised to monitor their bank statements and contact their respective financial institutions if the reversal does not appear within the specified timeframe.

For any specific concerns or technical issues regarding the process, the PCB has set up a dedicated helpdesk at Ticketing.psl@pcb.com.pk. While expressing regret over the empty stands, the board reiterated its commitment to the fans and thanked them for their continued support of Pakistan cricket during these challenging times.
