Karachi: Durdana Arshad, Assistant Rotary Coordinator Zone 1B, District Chair Endowment and Major Gifts Committee, and District Chair Women in Rotary 2025-26, has said that RCK Happy Palace is striving hard to serve the ailing humanity without any discrimination and caste and creed.
This she said while addressing the ceremony organized by RCK Happy Palace for the distribution of dengue kits among the womenfolk at the Happy Palace School, North Eastern chapter, Federal B area Karachi.
Rotarian Durdana Arshad further said that the RCK Happy Palace is going to establish a state of the art computer institute for the under privileged.
Hasan Asif, Managing Director, of Happy Palace group of schools addressing the ceremony in a motivational speech lauded the efforts of the RCK Happy Palace in bringing awareness regarding the menace of dengue disease.
He said that those who are making efforts to mitigate the sufferings of the down trodden people are doing a noble cause.
Dr Farhat, on this occassion said that it is very necessary to create awareness about the importance of prevention from any disease.
Elsa Sajjad, Founder and CEO of EduGo speaking on the occassion briefed about the materials in the kit and highlighted about how to use the materials to avoid dengue fever.
Later President of RCK Happy Palace, Maleeha Khan, alongwith Durdana Arshad distributed 300 dengue kits, having one mosquito repellent, one coil packet, one match box, and dengue awareness broucher among the staff of the Happy Palace Schools.
The event was organized by RCK Happy Palace in collaboration with EduGo. The President of the RCK Happy Palace, Maleeha Khan, appreciated the efforts of the club members for organizing a successful event.
