KARACHI: The Government of Sindh is strengthening AI readiness among government officers through specialized capacity-building sessions led by Dr. Ammara Aftab, Founder & CEO of Pro AI Global.
The training covered AI-enabled planning and development, digital governance, project intelligence, decision support and responsible AI adoption. BPS-19 officers of the 3rd Senior Management Course and 101 newly inducted BPS-17 officers under the Common Training Program participated.
Dr. Ammara also introduced the SINDH AI Framework, emphasizing intelligence, decision gates, human control and responsible adoption. The sessions highlighted that AI should support administrative decision-making while final authority and accountability remain with government officers.
