QATAR: Qatar has joined diplomatic discussions between Iran and Oman aimed at reopening the Strait of Hormuz, one of the world's most strategically important shipping routes. According to reports, Qatari officials are participating alongside Iranian and Omani representatives to discuss a possible agreement that would guarantee the safe and unrestricted passage of ships through the Strait of Hormuz.
