KARACHI: Reportage Empire Group has officially announced the launch of its new real estate project in Lahore, located on Ravi Road. The project will feature apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms, priced at PKR 11.1 million, PKR 19 million, and PKR 24 million respectively. A 40% discount will be offered on full upfront payment.
Construction is scheduled to begin in October 2025.
The announcement was made by the group’s Director of Sales, Talha Janjua, during an introductory event held at a local hotel. The event was hosted by KEVROK Spaces in collaboration with Reportage .Distinguished hosts including, Qazi Faycel Muhammad Farooq Afzal, and Syed Turab Shah welcomed attendees, while several notable business and real estate figures such as Qazi Rizwan, Majeed Aziz, Haji Masood Parekh, Fayaz Ilyas, and others were also present.
Talha Janjua shared that Reportage Group is currently working on over 70 projects across 20 countries, including Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi, Turkey, Egypt, Dubai, Russia, Italy, the UK, France, Iraq, Albania, Morocco, Rwanda, Uganda, Nigeria, Kenya, Azerbaijan, Luxembourg, and Costa Rica.
The group, which started operations in 2011, has invested over $15 billion and delivered 25,000 housing units to date. He acknowledged the challenges faced in the real estate sector but emphasized the group's resilience and growth.

The Lahore project will include parking on the first two floors, a shopping mall, a swimming pool, and other modern amenities.
The location will be within a maximum 40-minute drive from key landmarks such as Lahore Airport, DHA, and Minar-e-Pakistan.
Reportage plans to launch 3–4 new projects annually.
A property mortgage facility is available in their Dubai projects.
Anyone saving up to PKR 100,000 monthly can afford to own a flat in their projects.
Qazi Faycel announced plans to open an office in Karachi soon and begin new projects there. Talha acknowledged the support of both the federal and provincial governments in Punjab, stating that such projects would not be possible without their backing. He also highlighted the group’s chairman, Arif Al Khoori from Dubai, known for introducing the concept of Islamic banking.
