ISLAMABAD: NADRA has issued a warning to overseas Pakistanis, especially those living in the UK, about a fraudulent website operating under the name Nadra.cardcentre.co.uk. According to the authority’s spokesperson, the platform is falsely promoting itself as “Nadra Card Centre” and misleading people by offering identity card, NICOP processing, and job-related services—despite having no link to NADRA.
Officials stressed that any documents, payments, or personal data shared on this fake website could be misused, putting users at serious risk of identity theft and financial loss. NADRA has lodged a formal complaint with the National Cyber Crime Agency to initiate action against the perpetrators.
Authorities further urged overseas Pakistanis to only use NADRA’s official website and verified service channels, emphasizing that no third-party platforms are authorized to process identity-related applications on NADRA’s behalf.
