SIALKOT: The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA), Pakistan’s premier identity institution, has launched modern one-window service centers in union councils (UCs) of Tehsil Pasroor, District Sialkot, Mandi Faizabad, and District Nankana. These centers allow citizens in rural and urban areas to access various identification services locally, including computerized national identity cards (CNICs), ‘B’ forms, family registration certificates, marital status updates, and other key services.

The centers operate Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Citizens can also contact NADRA via mobile at 1777 or through its landline +92-51-111-786100.

In addition, NADRA has upgraded its Pak-ID mobile application to simplify identity registration, especially for parents of young children. The app now allows photo uploads from mobile galleries for Child Registration Certificates (CRC) and identity cards for children under three, removing the need for in-person visits. Users can also update family records, access biometric-free submissions, and enjoy an improved Urdu interface for easier navigation.

These updates are part of NADRA’s broader Pak Identity program, which also includes real-time ID tracking, online appointment booking, and digital fee payments via Easypaisa, JazzCash, and e-Sahulat. NADRA encourages all citizens to download or update the Pak-ID app on Android or iOS to fully utilize these new features, making identity registration more convenient, accessible, and efficient across Pakistan.
