ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan has announced new national guidelines allowing the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in judicial institutions across the country, marking a major step toward digital transformation in Pakistan’s legal system.
According to an official statement issued after a meeting of the National Judicial Policy Making Committee, AI tools will be introduced to improve transparency, efficiency, and overall performance in courts while ensuring that judges retain full authority in delivering verdicts and legal decisions.
