Lahore reaffirmed its position as the heart of Pakistan’s pageantry scene by hosting the much-anticipated Miss and Mr. Pakistan 2025 competition. In an exclusive interview with Pakistan State Time, Afshan Ahmad Sial, who was recently crowned Miss Pakistan Universal 2025, shared her aspirations following the win.
“I intend to use this title to represent Pakistan on global pageant platforms,” she said. “This opportunity holds immense potential. While I can’t predict what lies ahead, I’m open to pursuing a career in media. I've always wanted to be in the public eye and make a meaningful impact.”
Afshan revealed that participating in a beauty pageant had been a lifelong dream, but financial limitations had previously held her back. “After establishing my career and gaining financial independence, I knew the time had come to pursue that dream. I applied—and here we are today.”
Sharing a message for others, she encouraged: “If you ever doubt yourself, remember this—‘If she can do it, so can I.’ Don’t let fear or uncertainty keep you from following your dreams.”
She concluded by expressing heartfelt gratitude to Sonia Ahmed, President of the Pageant Industry, for her constant support and encouragement throughout her journey.
