Rising showbiz starlet Hina Tariq recently opened up about her career choices and whether she envisions herself on the big screen. In an interview with a local media outlet, Tariq—currently enjoying the success of her hit drama serial Naqaab—revealed she isn’t interested in pursuing films.
“I don’t know why, but I’m not really interested in doing films,” she said candidly. She further explained that if a film opportunity did come her way, she would likely shift her focus entirely. “If I ever get an opportunity to star in a film, I would stop doing dramas. If not, I would continue to do dramas only. I can’t do both. That’s just my point of view,” she added.
Hina Tariq recently earned praise for her role as Assistant Commissioner Emaan Saleem in Naqaab, which aired on ARY Digital. The serial, directed by Syed Jari Khushnood Naqvi and written by Shafia Khan, concluded last Sunday with episode 62. The cast included notable names like Ali Ansari, Humayoun Asharaf, Ghana Ali, Ammara Malik, and others.
