DALBANDIN: Security forces successfully eliminated six terrorists linked to the India-sponsored group Fitna al-Hindustan (FAH) during an intelligence-based operation in Dalbandin, Chagai district, Balochistan.
According to security sources, the militants were hiding in a cave under continuous aerial surveillance. The hideout was precisely targeted at the right time, ensuring the operation's success. Officials praised the strong coordination between security and intelligence agencies.
Meanwhile, a separate operation was conducted in Bajaur district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, against Khawarij militants. Based on intelligence inputs, security forces targeted a cave in the Shahi Tangi forest, where militants had built extensive hideouts and tunnels.
One Khawarij was killed in a fierce gunfight, while others sustained injuries and fled. Forces also recovered weapons, explosives, and communication devices from the site.
The area, including the tunnel network, was fully cleared by the end of the operation.
These actions are part of Pakistan’s broader counter-terrorism strategy under Azm-e-Istehkam, reaffirming the country’s resolve to eliminate all terror threats, particularly those backed by foreign elements.
Security forces remain on high alert and committed to maintaining peace and stability across the nation.
