Popular actor Yumna Zaidi has made her television comeback with the Ramazan special romantic comedy Dekh Zara Pyaar Se, which premiered on February 19.
The drama marks Yumna’s first on-screen collaboration with Hamza Sohail, generating significant buzz among viewers this season. Yumna portrays the character of Rumaila, while Hamza plays Ali.
With two episodes aired so far, the light-hearted series has received positive feedback for its engaging storytelling and detailed execution.
Fans were also surprised by a subtle cameo reference in the opening episode. In one scene, Rumaila and her friends are shown watching Jinn Ki Shadi Unki Shadi, a horror project featuring Wahaj Ali. Although Wahaj does not physically appear in the episode, his voice and on-screen presence in the clip sparked excitement among viewers, particularly those who admire his past on-screen pairing with Yumna.

Dekh Zara Pyaar Se has been penned by Saima Akram Chaudhry, known for hit dramas Suno Chanda and Chupke Chupke, and directed by Ali Hassan, who previously helmed Fairy Tale.
The supporting cast includes veteran actors Bushra Ansari, Arshad Mehmood and social media personality-turned-actor Rumaisa Khan.
