ISLAMABAD: The federal government has officially announced a four-day holiday for Eid ul Adha, the Cabinet Division confirmed on Monday.
The notification covers both government offices that follow a five-day working week as well as those operating on a six-day working week, ensuring all employees can observe the festival.
This decision aims to provide ample time for citizens to celebrate one of the most significant religious occasions in the country.
The exact dates of the holidays will be announced soon, coinciding with the sighting of the moon for Eid ul Adha.
The government’s move is welcomed by employees across various sectors who look forward to spending quality time with family and participating in Eid traditions
