Pakistani actor Alizeh Shah has reportedly served a legal defamation notice to fellow actor Minsa Malik, accusing her of damaging conduct and public defamation. Although it's yet to be confirmed if the notice has been delivered or received, Shah shared images of the legal document on social media.

Addressed to “Momna Maqsood aka Minsa Malik,” the notice accuses Malik of making derogatory remarks about Shah on a public forum and admitting to assaulting her. It claims Malik’s comments and actions have harmed Shah’s professional standing and breached Pakistan’s defamation laws.

The notice further states that Malik circulated a previously retracted complaint against Shah, continuing to share it with the intent of damaging her image in the entertainment industry and broader society. It also alleges that Malik spread false claims within the production community, portraying Shah as unprofessional and disruptive—leading to lost career opportunities.

These actions, the notice claims, amount to deliberate defamation and character assassination.

Alizeh Shah has demanded that Minsa Malik immediately stop all defamatory activity, delete the relevant content from all platforms, and issue a public written apology within 48 hours. If these conditions are not met, Shah plans to file a Rs1 billion defamation lawsuit, report to the FIA under cybercrime laws, and pursue both criminal and civil action under Pakistani legal provisions after seven days.
